Collecting/Ordering your repeat prescription
Prescription requests take 48 hours to be processed. If it is an urgent prescription the practice will endeavour to have this prescription ready on the same day, for collection at reception.
Prescriptions cannot be collected by anyone under 16 years old. You may be required to show photographic ID when collecting prescriptions. Always check the name and address and the items on your prescription are correct before leaving the surgery.
